Presentation skills: If you forget your password
If you forget your password you will not be able to log in! You will need to get a new password.
Password problems.

If you type the wrong password, you will see this ERROR message.
First of all, try to type your password again. If you see the ERROR message again, you will need a new password!

Click on 'Lost your password?'
Type your information.

Type your Username.

Type your Obirin Mail address.

Click 'Get New Password'
You will see this.
Check your Obirin Mail. You will find an email from the web site. (You may have to wait for about 60 minutes before the email arrives!)
The email will look like this. Click the link at the bottom.
A window like this will open. Now check your Obirin Mail again.

Copy the new Password.

Click the link at the bottom.
Log in with your new Password.

Type your Username.

Paste in your new Password.

Click 'Login'.
Your Profile will open.

Finally! Now you can type in a new password that is easy for you to remember.

To save your new Password, click 'Update Profile'.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET YOUR NEW PASSWORD!
